IMHO leadership of the guild is the pillar on which you build the guild. Bad leadership will swiftly divide & tear the guild apart. Good leadership will attract good players thus continually building the guild.

About Guild Leader

Casually Xbox Elder Scrolls Online guild is led by me, OGCryptor. Father, born in Poland, living in Vancouver, BC, Canada since 1989. I started writing text adventure games in late 80’s on ZX Spectrum. My next computer was Atari ST 520 & I am in love with that machine to this day. I spend years writing simple games on “STOS”. After that, I gamed on PCs. Most of this time I run guild which is most known under “Gunbad” (“We Are Right”, “Casual Crusaders”, different names in different games) which was my home for well over a decade.

On PC I played mmorpgs almost exclusively. In 2017 I left the guild, my PC overheated shortly after and I switched to Xbox for gaming. I have been playing games exclusively on Xbox since then. I started Casually Xbox guild to create a casual gaming community for adults as I did on PC.

How do I plan to run the guild?

My plan is to continue seeking feedback and drive engagement. I always reach out for feedback before any guild decision is made. I invest a considerable amount of my time to drive engagement by organizing guild events, and continually improving the guild website, Discord server and more. I believe in total transparency, be it good or bad, and will always live by that. Casually Xbox is not a Democracy, while I do seek input and feedback the final decision is up to Guild Leader. Having said all that, this is a very laid back & casual guild.

Veteran Guild Officers

Veteran Guild Officers are the most senior guild officers among us. This title is a recognition for reliability and commitment to the guild.

Guild Officers

Guild officers in our guild are players who are active (or as active as their RL commitments allow, it’s not about how much time you spend online) and are willing to support other guild members. There are no applications or forms to fill, no “process”. Our guild, because it is casual, does not require many officers. Officers in our guild are here to assist guild members, we are here to help, assist and inform.
